One of the main advances concerns the design of the thread insert itself. The thread profiles have been redesigned to improve load distribution on the host thread. The result is greater pull-out resistance, even in soft materials, and greater stability under vibration.

These geometric evolutions also make it possible to better anticipate thermomechanical stresses, particularly in applications where heating or tightening/loosening cycles are frequent.

Innovation also means choosing high-quality raw materials, which we transform in our workshops in Cluses.

Today, we’re working on more corrosion-resistant alloys, versions specially designed for the aerospace industry, and thread inserts for highly aggressive environments (salt spray, extreme temperatures, pressurized fluids). These materials undergo rigorous testing to guarantee their long-term reliability.

The requirements of design offices and maintenance teams are changing. The trend is towards miniaturization of assemblies, weight reduction and rationalization of intervention times.
